See it
coming

Forecasts you can act on. Tools your business actually runs on. Built one to one by an operator who’s shipped both.

01The work

Three things.
Done well.

No packages, no retainers. Fixed scope, priced before we start — and something running when it’s done.

Forecasting & modeling

Numbers
that decide.

Revenue, capacity, unit economics — modeled so the next decision is obvious. Price with confidence, staff ahead of demand, and see the next six months before they happen.

Scoped project
Custom tools & software

Tools
that run it.

The duct-taped spreadsheets get replaced with software shaped to how the business actually operates. Dashboards, admin systems, client-facing apps — built to be used, not admired.

Product & MVP strategy

Products
that ship.

Napkin to working product, fast — so you can validate with a real thing in real hands before the big spend. You get the thing, not a deck about the thing.

02The proof

Built. Shipped.
Running.

Client platform

A coaching practice that ran on spreadsheets now runs on a custom platform its clients open every morning — daily check-ins, progress, lessons, messaging — with the coach’s dashboard behind it.

Community app

A community app for a running team, taken from concept to the App Store — events, RSVPs, chat, and a rewards system, with an admin tool the staff actually use.

Internal tools

A lead-tracking CRM shaped to one operator’s pipeline — built in days, not months — replacing a monthly software bill with a tool that fits.

Forecast model

A revenue-forecast model built for a partnership pitch — the number that made the meeting worth taking, with the assumptions on the table where they belong.

Names and numbers on request — I’d rather show you than shout about it.

03The approach

Operator.
Not observer.

01

Operated

I run a lean business myself. I know what a bad month feels like, and what a clear number is worth on a Sunday night.

02

Built

The platforms, CRMs, and forecasting tools I’ll propose aren’t theoretical. I’ve shipped them — and businesses run on them today.

03

Straight

You get a working thing and a straight answer, not a forty-page deck. Ownership stays with you — no dependencies you didn’t ask for.

04The story
BN Studio Studio

I’m Ben. I run my own business — small, lean, every hat on my head at some point.

When I needed to see where it was going, I built the forecast. When off-the-shelf software didn’t fit, I built the tools: the platform my clients use every day, the CRM in my corner, the systems that quietly keep it all running.

Then other operators started asking for the same. That’s BN Studio — the operator’s seat and the builder’s chair, pointed at your business.

05Questions

Before you ask.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need to know your business. I’ll translate — and anything I build comes with the plain-English version of how it works.

What does it cost?

Depends on scope, and you’ll have a number before we start — not a range that moves. We start small on purpose, so we both learn cheap.

How long does a build take?

Weeks, not quarters. Tight scope ships fast — the parts that run the business come first, the nice-to-haves can wait their turn.

Is this an agency?

No. It’s me. That’s the point — the person who models the numbers is the person who builds the tool and answers the phone.

See for
yourself.

One conversation. Bring the problem — I’ll bring a point of view. If I’m not the right person for it, I’ll say so.
